meditation steps:

step 1: first concentrate on your breath just concentrate on your breath when you are doing this so many thoughts will come in your mind just keep on going them forget about those and again concentrate on your breath..

step 2: after practicing the step 1 then concentrate on upperlip just keep on doing that after that slowly concentrate on ur whole face then total head snd then slowly to the body first shoulders,hands, spinal, back bone, stomach, hips, genetic orgon and then legs and foot.

just keep on trying this method of meditation you can do miracles if you do sincerely and regularly...
